- Salts Healthcare: sample page is UK-only (salts.co.uk); we did not find a US sample route.
- B. Braun: no US ostomy sample program found.
- 3M / Solventum Cavilon: the old sample link no longer works; samples appear to be for healthcare professionals.
- Kindred Box: its get-help page said it was not accepting new requests when checked.
- Coloplast patient assistance: UOAA and Ostomy 2-1-1 list different phone numbers (877-858-2656 and 877-781-2656), so we do not list one; use the samples line above.
